We take orders over the phone/via email/fax regarding bespoke and individual design requirements where upon an electronic email/invoice is sent to you for payment- once payment is received and verified your goods will be despatched.

Order value to £29.99 charge is £7.00, Order value £30.00 to £89.99 is £9.95
Order value £90.00 to £149.99 is £12.00, Order value £150.00 to £299.99 is £15.00
Order value £300.00 or more is £25.00

Delivery Time Scale:
3-5 working days for laminated or encapsulated mapping products.
10-15 working days for Acrylic products.
If you require extra fast delivery please give us a call and we can calculate the extra charge.
If you require delivery overseas please give us a call we are happy to quote.
We rely on the Royal Mail and third party carriers- sometimes delays are beyond our control and we apologise in advance for any problems in this area. Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date your payment is cleared. Please inform us if your item is not received after 7 days from despatch date, notice after this time scale may prevent replacement or refund.

Damaged Goods:
Please check your acrylic delivery BEFORE signing for the product – any damaged Acrylics cannot be returned to our supplier if they have been signed for as received in perfect condition.
DUE TO THE FRAGILE NATURE OF ACRYLIC PRODUCTS, WE CAN ONLY ACCEPT ORDERS FROM WITHIN THE U.K. AT THIS TIME.
Should you have a problem with a delivery please contact us as soon as possible (the same day preferably).
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. We are happy to replace faulty goods. (please note this is subject to us receiving the faulty goods/product back). We may charge a handling fee if you return goods which are not faulty.

VAT:
All our prices shown on the web site are excluding vat. VAT is added where applicable at the current rate. Laminated and Encapsulated maps are zero rated vat supplies. Acrylic wall maps are subject to vat.
